Itunes connect keep kick me out; How can I submit my podcast for review?

I am trying to submit a podcast to ITunes.

I go to apple connect - https://itunesconnect.apple.com/WebObjects/iTunesConnect.woa/ra/gettingstarted
click on the podcast icon
It kicks me back to the login page and the same thing happens all over again.

How can I submit my podcast for review?

Clear your browser's cache, then go to the iTunes Store and make sure you are signed in and that you have a payment method in place (though there is no charge for podcasting).

Then go to https:;;podcsdtsconnect.apple.com and click the '+' sign.

If you still get the same problem (which is an intermittent bug) report it to Support. Go to https://itunespartner.apple.com/en/podcasts/overview and click the 'Contact Us' link at the bottom of the page.
