Larger Phone Call/Dial Keypad, Standard or Zoomed

The phone call/dial keypad (the circles with numbers) got bigger. Is it because of the new update iOS 12.1.1? My settings under 'Display Zoom' has always been 'standard' since I got the phone because I prefer smaller icons, texts, and keypad. I aso tried the 'zoomed' and it's good for those who have vision issues, but it's definitely not for me. However, with 'standard,' the size of the keypad has always been smaller before, and I would like to simply keep it that way.
