Export Screen Time data for long term tracking?

I'd love to be able to export my phone usage data over, say, the course of a year. Does anyone know if this is possible, or have any methods to share?

Can I transfer screen time data to new phone? Hello, I just got a new phone and I’m moving stuff over. I just noticed that the screentime data (time spent on phone, most used apps etc) was not moved though. is the a way I can export this from old to new phone?

To my knowledge, you can't do it at the moment.
