iTunes vs Apple ID Balance

Why do I have different balances on my cards,(Wallet App Store & iTunes$16.47) and my (Apple ID & iTunes Card$39.02)? I’ve haven’t done anything different but yesterday when I redeemed my iTunes card it did not go to my wallet, how do I get my balance in 1 places? Please HELP! I’ve include it screenshots

I just added my 25.00 iTunes card to my account, when I checked the account it said I had 14.44 what happen to my 25.00 I just added my 25.00 iTunes card to my account when I checked the balance it shows I only have 14.44 what’s up with that.

Why won’t my balance appear in iTunes? I redeemed a $25 dollar gift card and my balance does not appear in the iTunes app itself but when I go to settings and go to iTunes, it shows that I have the $25 and it won’t let me purchase anything either. What do I do?
