Accessing Old Problem Reports in Apple Support

How do I access old problem reports that I submitted in Apple Support/ Only the most

recent problem report is available.

Where can I view my history of Apple Support posts? Hello- Apologies to the friends who have replied to my questions in the Apple support community and have not received acknowledgement. I had seen the replies in my email but was too busy to open and view answers. Since, I had to create a new user because Adobe CC apps would not update or load (that was determined by a 4.5 hour phone call with Adobe support). I didn't realize that my emails start at the time of the new user's creation- previous reply mail not listed. Sooooo, I would like to know how to reach a list of my support posts online. At one time, I thought that was obtainable.- j

Apple switched systems from Jive software to their own system a little over a week ago. Whether they are going to bring back old posts is anybody's guess and even if they do it might take some time.
