Slow Mac Pro

Sometimes my Mac is extremely slow. I've checked my internet speeds and that is not the problem. Is there a simple way to fix this problem?

Thanks for your help. I ran this report and it seems the main problem is the age of the computer. Things like upgrading the hard drive and RAM, and almost out of RAM.

Basically, I need to upgrade my computer.
