Activation Lock issue
I have an old Ipad I want to give my Granddaughter. I cannot remember the ID or password and I hit reset and now I get the Activation Lock. It is my Ipad but I cannot recall the ID. Thanks!

Use Apple's iForgot service, or contact their Account Security team, or if you’re the iPad’s original owner, supply Apple with its purchase receipt and ask them to remove the lock.
