why am i getting a message that by acount has been disabled in the app store and itunes ? how fo i solve this issue

Hi guys... today I tried to download an app from the AppStore.. a message appeared saying that my account was disabled in the AppStore and iTunes.. even my online games like PUBG aren’t working now. If someone could help me with this

I would be grateful

Try resetting its password (and then logging out and back in everywhere) : If your Apple ID has been locked - Apple Support


If that doesn't fix it contact iTunes Support in the country where you are (and which is therefore the country on the account) and see if they can/will re-enable it : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww
