Login error

I’m having issues downloading apps from the AppStore. It keeps telling me to login and reset my password which I’ve done yet it tells me to reset password again

Appstore login I Can't login to App Store and at each time it require me to reset my password and after reseting it, I cannot login also because I have at message at each time that this password have not been used previously on App Store . You are trying to login from scratch i.e. entering both the id and password : What to do after you change your Apple ID or password - Apple Support ?
