Can you tell me that you need to download a new app, or repurchase an old app, my mean some old app was downloaded, but you didn’t saw anymore.
The app they want has been removed from the Apple Store. Allan explained it in the post above yours.

The app has been removed. It's not possible to re-download it.

Anyway all my app purchased still there. Just didn’t understand what that guide want. If didn’t download and the App store was removed, that mean they didn’t working with that apps anymore..so that guide ask for what..so funny. Don’t understand what him angry ??

They were confused by your question and thought I had asked it. However, they were still quite polite. Just because someone makes a mistake doesn't mean they are being mean or angry.

All of those apps appear to still be available in the App Store. Infowars has been removed.
Also, there's no indication in the initial post that the poster had ever downloaded the app before.
