Improving the way you find and manage content

Apple Support Communities has improved a few site features to help you discover new and interesting discussions, and manage the content you’ve already found.

Whether you’re on your Mac or your iOS device, you can find answers faster with the Browse feature that’s located in the top right navigation bar. Use Browse to filter for solved and unsolved questions, or threads in a specific community. You can also sort by Discussions or User Tips. The filtering options let you choose how many threads you want to see at once, and you can easily follow and report threads.

Use Browse to discover new discussions that you’re not already following. And with the Subscriptions feature in your Profile, you can manage and streamline your view of the discussions, people, and communities you follow.

It’s easy to customize your Profile and set your email and notification preferences by clicking the Edit Profile & Preferences link. On the Edit Profile page, you can share some information about yourself with the community and choose how you want to receive updates about the content you interact with. Make sure to add your avatar image that will represent you in the community.

If you’re new here, join the community, and learn more about what you can do in Apple
