I have this problem sometimes also using my iPhone.
What I found helpful is to go and renew the lease of the wifi network.
Do this by:
Settings> WiFi> tap the "i" next to the wifi name> and tap "Renew Lease" near the middle of the screen.
If this doesn't help, try to reset the network settings by
Settings> General> Scroll to the bottom and tap "Reset"> tap "Reset Network Settings"
This will reset the passwords saved for all of the WiFi connections you have saved.
