fake icloud alert

I got this email from "App Support" saying that someone from Costa Rica tried to sign into my apple icloud account. Here it is. "


Dear Sir/Madam,


Your ApplelD (my apple id was here) was used to sign in to a new web browser.


Date and Time : December 17, 2018

IP Address : (IP address was here)

Country : Costa Rica

 

Your Apple ID has been temporary disabled for security reason.

When you see this alerts, you can go to iforgot.apple.com to unlock your account with your existing password.

Your Apple ID will permanently disabled if you do not verify your identity under 24 hours.

It seems to have bad grammar. Is it fake?
