How to use Apple EarPods with lightning connecter on a PC with 3.5mm jack and usb c ports

Just wondering if there is a legit female lightning to male 3.5mm jack or male usb c adapter out there that allows you to have audio playback when connecting to an HP laptop? Basically, I want to be able to use my lightening iPhone 7 EarPods to listen to music or watch YouTube on my new HP Spectre x 360 15t laptop. I have a pair of 3.5mm wired Beats headphones, so I can use those, but thought I’d see if anyone knew of any decently priced dongle style adapters that do what I’m looking for. I’ve already looked at Apple’s adapters and cables and don’t see any like I’m wanting.

thanks

You cannot.

There is no way to convert analog audio (3.5mm) to digital audio (Lightning) through an adapter. It requires hardware and processing to do.

A USB-C to Lightning adapter with audio support may be possible, but would require drivers. I am not aware of any adapter of this kind however.
