Changing the time zone? (Settings -> General -> Date & Time. Click on Set Automatically & set it to off, then enter the Town/Country you’re in?

Or, Settings -> General-> Language & Reigion. Then press on, iPod Touch/iPhone/iPad Language, Then select the Language you speak or prefer?
