iPhone 7 Plus (Global) Wifi and Bluetooth not working after iOS 12.1.2 update

Just updated my iPhone 7 Plus to iOS 12.1.2 to find the WiFi and Bluetooth not working . Tried all the resets possible and available. Just before the update everything worked fine. Went back to iOS 12.1.1, but the problem persists. It´s unlikely a hardware problem because I just used my WiFi for the update. Any advice out there? Thanks
