Hi ishtiaq51,

Welcome to Apple Support Communities. I understand that you're trying to create an Apple ID and in the process Guided Access on your iPhone was enabled and you don't know the passcode. I know it's important to create and use an Apple ID, as well as be able to disabled Guided Access features; I'd like to help. First, try to use these steps to end the Guided Access session:

"Triple-click the Home button or side button, enter your Guided Access passcode, then tap End. Or if you turned on Touch ID or Face ID for Guided Access, double-click the Home or side button."

Use Guided Access with iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch

If you're unable to end the session because of the forgotten passcode, you'll need to use these steps to erase your device: If you forgot the passcode for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or your device is disabled

Please keep in mind that restoring an iCloud or iTunes backup after erasing your device will also restore the Guided Access passcode.

If you're having trouble using your device to create your Apple ID, you can use one of the alternative methods here: Create an Apple ID

Best Regards.
