No, there's no default restrictions (now screentime) passcode. Someone set it up.
If you forgot that passcode, you have two options:
Cohabit with those restrictions;
or
restore your device to factory settings and, at the end, set it up as new (without retrieving your data, since your passcode could come back from backup): Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod to factory settings - Apple Support
