Key board touch sensitivity

I have an I pad mini that predates 3D Touch..a modelME281...on this model how do I set my touch to be less sensitive on keyboard...?

No way to do this just for the keyboard, but can set this up globally for the entire iDevice in the Settings app, under General, Accessibility, toggle ON Touch Accomodations, then toggle ON Hold Duration and increase the time interval to increase the length of time that that you must touch the screen before a touch is registered by iOS/iDevice.
