why isnt my phone charging?

Last night, I had noticed that my iPhone 5SE wasn’t charging and I left it alone for about an hour. I replugged in everything, cable was new, and nothing. I restarted my phone, cleaned the port and nothing still had happened. My phone still works, it just won’t charge. And the day before it was charging just fine, now I have it plugged in and it’s charging, but it’s been plugged in for almost 24 hours and is barley at 80% and when I first plugged it yesterday, it was at 20%.
