Refund for Apple Apps

Q: Everytime I wanted to submit a request for refund and report a problem, this would appear every time. "We are unable to process your request at this time. Try again later."

Try http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww instead (but purchases are considered final as you know)

Refund Hello, I tried to request a refund for an app that didn’t work on my phone. I sent a support message to app at first. But, they told me “However, if you are not interested in further troubleshooting, to proceed with a refund, please use the Apple App Store to request and received your refund. Unfortunately, we are unable to process this request ourselves as Apple requires that all refunds for in-app purchases go through the App Store. I apologize for the inconvenience.” Could I please request a refund? Thanks!

No refund I purchased an app in Appstore. After finding it not useful as I expected (within a day) I sent a request for a refund. After that, I checked and see my status of the claim is done, and the app was removed from my history list. But I still did not receive the money back. How can I contact Apple Support chat for this case? Every time I try to click on a search topic, it always does the same to redirect me to the page with not helpful at all
