Icloud won't integrate with Outlook (Microsoft Office 365 on Windows 10)

I had to reinstall Microsoft Office 365 on my Windows 10 computer, and now I can't get iCloud to integrate with Outlook. I've tried every step of the troubleshooting on this page. When I check my add-ins, iCloud is listed under Active Application Add-ins, but none of the iCloud features are available, including my address book, calendars, etc.

I managed to figure this out. I had to go into Outlook and hit File>Options>Add-ins. The iCloud add-in was listed as an active application add-in but obviously it wasn't working, so I clicked on the GO button by "Manage COM add-ins" and removed it (note: I had to run Outlook as an administrator to be able to remove the add-in.)

Once I did that, I uninstalled iCloud and rebooted my computer, then reinstalled iCloud, signed in, and checked the box by "Mail, Contacts, Calendars, and Tasks" and hit "apply." It's working fine now.

Weirdly, though, there is no iCloud add-in listed in the Options>Add-ins menu. I don't care about that as long as my contacts and calendars continue to sync.

The stuff I posted above actually didn’t work, although thank you, Apple, for recommending it. Turns out that Microsoft Outlook only appeared to be syncing with iCloud, but in fact must have been drawing from an archived version of my iCloud records. I ended up spending 2 hours on the phone with Microsoft tech support and a Level 2 technician finally figured out that there was an issue between Microsoft’s latest Office 365 updates and iCloud. He “solved” the problem by rolling back some of the Office updates on my computer and promised me that Microsoft developers would be talking to Apple developers to solve the real issue. In the meantime, my Outlook calendar and contacts are syncing with my iPhone and iPad calendars and contacts, but I have other issues with Office, such as not being able to open *.doc files without first converting them to *.docx files, which is tedious.
