Sometimes when I'm on iTunes about to create a playlist or make a CD, the text is missing. After I click on the dots to burn a CD, it doesn't show me the options. Same thing happens when I create a playlist. iTunes is up to date on my computer. Does anyone know why this happens?
OK. The right-click menu is also known as a context sensitive menu. Without knowing more I would assume that if you don't see an item in the menu that you're looking for it is because it isn't valid in the current context, e.g. you cannot burn a playlist that is stored on a device.

Ok so right now it's showing but this is what I'm talking about
This is another photo to show what I'm talking about. Again, today it's showing me the options but sometimes it doesn't.
I've already turned my computer off ,but when I right click on a song to add it to a playlist it doesn't show me the options: add to playlist, delete,etc. When I'm about to burn a CD, it doesn't show me the options of burn to disc.
