Email spacing

Is there a way to space my emails further apart from each other? It seems a bit crowded when they load.

Apple Mail cutting off bottom of some emails in MAC OS 12.6.3 Some emails I receive are incomplete - the bottom is cut off. Mac mini M1 running Monterey 12.6.3. If I download the same email with Spark on the same machine I get the whole email. 2019 iMac running Big Sur 11.7.3 has a similar problem. I sometimes get only about ½ the text of the email. How do I fix Apple Mail?

minimize space from mail Hello, I am dealing with an impossible situation: A macbook air with little storage and an email account with super huge storage (over 70GB). Now, lets take something out of the way: It is a very bad practice to have such a large mailbox. This is not about me but about a friend and they are not willing to minimize the space. When using MS Outlook on Windows, you have the option to minimize the emails downloaded to your computer, such as in the screenshot here: Is there something similar on Apple Mail on MacOS? I couldn't find it. Thank you

Where do you want them further apart? In the column to the right of the mailboxes? Is Mail/Preferences/Viewing/List Preview set to the maximum number?
