Apple Music

Can I make a playlist on apple music and send it to someone who doesn’t have apple music? Will they be allowed to hear just those songs?

When you share a playlist, you would share a link to a playlist on Apple Music. Therefore, that content will not be available to people that do not subscribe to Apple Music.
