Does the Apple Watch 4 measure blood sugar levels?
We diabetics need an Apple Watch that continually monitors one's blood glucose level. It should include high and low levels along with data transfer capabilities.

No. There has been articles written that says that Apple is working on that but I have not heard of anything recently.
