Can we print a report from the workout app?

My employer will pay us a bonus for exercising regularly but we have to have documentation. Is there a way to print a report from the workout app on the apple watch? I really only need things like Time and distance/steps over say a three month period. It would be best if I could print data just from the workouts without all the steps from non-workout days mixed in. Thanks

Thanks. I assume you mean in the activity portion of the health app? I can't find the share box for some reason and I have the most up to date OS for my iPhone XR and Apple Watch 4. Also I don't think there is a way to print a report of just the workouts for a specific period ( I need to do this quarterly). Is there perhaps another app that would be better to use for this. It seems odd that Apple doesn't give owners a way to really analyze and share specific chosen data by day, week, month etc.

I finally had time to do this. I doesn’t look like they give an option for printing a range of dates. All I need it proof that I worked out for 45 minutes twice a week (yeah I know it’s a very low bar). I have to submit a report covering each quarter. It would be a huge stack of paper to print out a separate report for each day. What I need is just a report with each workout on one line that would cover all the workout for the 90 day period on a page or two.
