Unsubscribed from Apple Music same day I was charged

So, I unsubscribed from Apple Music today to save some money for holiday things, but I was charged today as well. I was wondering if I could get a refund? Or how do I request one? I’m not sure if this is how I’m supposed to handle it or not.

You are supposed to cancel a subscription at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

“If you don’t cancel more than 24 hours before your renewal date, your subscription might renew.”


If you have an issue with an item billed your account, then you are advised to use the ‘report a problem’-link in the email invoice. You can use that to request a refund as well; no guarantees though.
