How do I keep my menu toolbar from hiding while in fullscreen mode (Mojave)?
Trying to keep my menu toolbar and app toolbar from hiding while I am in fullscreen mode. Using macOS Mojave 10.14.1 on a MacBook Air 13" 2015. Thanks

Not possible. It wouldn't be Full Screen if the menu bars showed. You can maximize apps by holding the option key and clicking the green "grow" button.
