Scratches on Macbook Pro 15' 2017

Hi

I have purchased a MacBook Pro 15'' with TouchBar in March 2018. After 4 month of use I found scraches on display from keyboard. I try to clean it but it really scraches.

I called Apple support and they told me that this is not a warranty case. REALLY!??

This is a premium laptop. Why it so poor quality why the keyboard is scratching the screen?

Please let me know the solution for the same?

You can send Apple Feedback http://www.apple.com/feedback

If you have AppleCare+ it will cover a large portion of accidental damage.

In or out of warranty you can get a free over the counter 'Apple Service Diagnostics'

Genius reservation http://www.apple.com/retail/geniusbar/

on-line https://getsupport.apple.com/

check warranty https://checkcoverage.apple.com/

AppleCare+ (similar for iPhone and iPad, each incident of accidental damage) for Mac will carry its own price tag. Screen damage or “external enclosure damage” will run $99 per incident, while other damage, including water damage, will run $299. Users receive coverage of two incidents under AppleCare+, and after the two incidents have been used up, out-of-warratny replacement rates will apply
