iPhone XS notification problem

When I connect my phone through mobile data, every applications that required internet don’t notify anymore. Plus I can’t sync my email with “no internet connection available” (but I have internet).


But everything’s ok when I connect with WiFi. What should I do?

ps. I tried restarting but it doesn’t work

I see from your post that when connected to cellular data, your iPhone says that you have no internet connection.


You did a good job isolating the issue by restarting your iPhone and checking if the same issue occurs when you use Wi-Fi.


Try the steps in this article called If you see No Service or Searching on your iPhone or iPad.
