Screen time on child’s device not showing usage
Why isn’t screen time usage showing for my child’s device?

I understand from your post that you do not see your child's Screen Time information when viewing it from Settings > Screen Time. Refreshing the Settings app may help. Close the Settings app completely and then open it again.
