Apple Music will not stream on multiple echo groups. I get the message, "Sorry, I am having trouble playing the music," and it stops.
I contacted Amazon, and was told that Apple Music is not currently supported in multiple Echo groups.

From what I've read, Apple Music is being kind of rolled out in stages. Initially, it's only Amazon branded speakers. Third party Alexa speakers will come later. Hopefully, they'll add your groups as well.
I would recommend you contact Amazon.
