Unable to download Hp Print from app store
Whenever i try to download the app from app store it always says - “Unable to download ‘Hp Print’ at this time.”
What can be done regarding this, please help.

Your post is confusing because the post's title refers to "HP Print", yet your screenshots appear to be addressing "HP Smart."
Your screenshots show that you already own HP Smart. You need to press the rectangle in the middle of the circle shown toward the top right of the HP Smart app in the top screenshot ... press it once to pause the update and again to resume.
