Using automator to click, drag, and click

I'd like to set up Automator to click on a slider in a screen, drag it to a point, and then click on a button. When I try this using a record/watch me do , Automator shows the clicks, but does not move the slider. How can I make this work? I'm attempting to automate the move of a slider/click on button in an online game. Thank you all.

Is there an app to simulate repeating clicking of a button in another app? Assume I have an app, "Target," that I have launched and configured for a particular need (possibly different every time). Once Target is running and configured, I want another app (call it "Automate"; I don't know if it exists, or is even possible to create) to simulate clicking a button on Target's last active screen, repeatedly. The simplest "Automate" would do the click at a single programmed interval for a single programmed number of times, for example once a minute for 10 times. I would program both numbers before telling "Automate" to begin. A more complex "Automate" would read a script from a text file that might specify more complex timing, such as (for example), do the action five times at 30 second intervals, then wait two minutes, then do the action six more times at 45 second intervals, etc. Does anything like the "Automate" app I am imagining exist on iPhone? hiding menu bar drop down with keyboard shortcut I used automator "watch me do" to open an icon in my menu bar and do some things, I want to run this recording frequently for a repetitive task. When I finish the recording the drop down remains open unfortunately, and takes up a lot of screen room. I need some way at the end of the "watch me now" to hide the highlighted and opened drop down automatically, leaving the mouse icon in place preferably, which is in the middle of the screen at that point, because I don't want it up top by the menu bar and have to drag it back to where I want it. Is there a universal command for this, I looked and couldn't find anything, if I try to click off the mouse to close it that way andend the recording, it says thumb error so that didn't work either. thanks

Left and Right clicking on a track pad? When I hover my cursor at a point on the screen, I can two finger click and get a info box to open. Is this considered a left or right click with a mouse? Whatever it is . . . what is the opposite gesture? For example, if two fingers is equal to a mouse "left click" then what gesture gets a "right click"?

I think you'll need an AppleScript that runs in Automator.

Yes, tried that one already thank you. It does the same thing- records the movements but not the click/drag.
