Ipod Shuffle (6th Gen) not recognised in iTunes

I have old iPod Nano 6th Gen and it's not recognised by iTunes. I have tries iPod reset utilities and it's not available for 6th Gen iPod.

Need help..

Thanks for posting about your iPod. I understand it's not showing up when connected to iTunes.

Have you tried these steps yet? The troubleshooting at the top is a great place to start, and you'll find additional steps below, depending on whether you use a Mac or PC: If iTunes doesn't recognize your iPhone, iPad, or iPod.
