American Airlines app problem

Big issue with my iphone X and AA app.

I'm unable to receive notifications from the app, like gates and etc., I've already turned on the notifications at the iphone.

I compared with my wife's iphone, same model X, and her app (work perfect) has 2 buttons to select, one is sound and the other one is notifications , however, on my app, only sounds is available.

I tried to delete and download again several times, nothing, I contacted AA support, and they don't know what's the issue.

I'm posting my app screen (english) and my wife's (Portuguese).

Anyone with the same problem?
