Apple watch

apple watch doesnt work now. It still reset all the time so i tired to do all ways even it working but the screen doesnt working .I try to touch the screen but noting happend

If you unpaired and erased the watch and set it up as new and the touch screen does not work that indicates a hardware problem with the watch. If that is the case:
