new ipad pro slow loading emails

Why do my emails load so slow on my new iPad pad pro, deleted my email and added it back no difference, any ideas

iPad Pro 11-inch Wi-Fi, Cellular

Carlos,

thank you for your reply but my problem is not receiving e-mail but when I tap on an e-mail to read it it takes a very long time to load, the screen just says loading with that little round flower like symbol spinning

I understand you've noticed that email loads slowly on your new iPad Pro. I'd be happy to help out.

If you have a lot of email on that account, it's normal for it to take a while to load.

However, if you find this is not true, try the following steps: If you can’t send or receive emails on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

Does this happen if you connect to another Wi-Fi network?

Also, make sure you have the latest updates installed: Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
