Mini 2 charger question
Can you use the 30w charger on an iPad mini 2
Can you use the 30w charger on an iPad mini 2
Yes, you can safely use Apple USB-C chargers, such as the 30W, with your iPad mini. Whilst you won’t benefit from fast-charging that USB-C PD chargers can provide, your iPad mini will simply charge at its own maximum charge rate at 5V.
You shoukd note that you will need an appropriate USB-C to Lighning cable to use the Apple 30W brick. The standard USB charger requires a USB Type-A to Lightning.

Hello Skoobe82,
According to the product page, under compatibility, none of the iPad Mini models are supported.
You can view the other compatible devices at the aforementioned page: 30W USB-C Power Adapter
Regards,
Thanks for the specificity I failed to mention! I didn't mean you can't use it at all, but wasn't very clear.
