iTunes Billing Problem

I got double charged from iTunes for Spotify for $13.80. I have already been charged this month after changing my Spotify plan to a student account for $4.99. I contacted Spotify support about the problem to be reimbursed for the $13.80 because that should be canceled. They told me to contact you because they have only charged me for the $4.99 and you guys are the ones who charged for my $13.80. I have never had a problem with Apple but you guys should have been informed and seen that I changed my Spotify plan. Please email me back at xchhouyx456@gmail.com. I also sent pictures so you can see the transactions and dates as well. If there is anyway I can be reimbursed for $13.80 & have that monthly charge canceled. and

Click here and ask the iTunes Store staff for a refund, or if you got an email receipt, use the Report A Problem link in it.
