Dual Apple ID's on iPhone with dual SIMs

So the whole dual SIM phones is not very helpful. You can not run dual Apple ID's with dual SIMs. So this means that if you want to combine a work and personal phone numbers and Apple ID's that it can not be done. You will have to pick one Apple ID and merge all of the information over and going forward use just one Apple ID, Messenger, Contact List, and Notifications. There is not way to group all of those items together so they show up as a unique SIM.

I wish that Apple would develop a way to create a true dual sim experience where you could have two unique Apple ID's, Contact List, Messages, Notification, and Phone Numbers. Not sure if you could use a split screen and then you click into the SIM and Apple ID you want to use, then it would have all of that information tied to that SIM/Apple ID.

Until there is a true dual SIM, dual Apple ID, I will have to carry around two different phones.

True that Apple iPhone was designed to be a single user experience. So why are they marketing Dual SIMs a solution to combine a work and personal devices?

I'm hoping that the senior tech at Apple missed some way to have separate SMS and Contacts like I have separate email mailboxes on my phone now.

Then, i there any way to tie an Apple ID to a SIM so my iCloud will be tied to that phone number? That will allow me to import my contacts and messages to that SIM.

Then is there a way to break out my contacts into different groupings like my mailboxes and emails are broken out?

Just seems like dual SIM is for dual carriers or dual regions and not dual persona on a single device.
