My iPhone 6s Plus back camera shaking

Hi apple community, I have an iPhone 6s Plus but it’s back camera started shaking four days back. All photos I take come out blurred. I have tried searching on the internet and found a recall for replacement but the serial number to my phone wasn’t found among the eligible handsets for recall. I have restarted it severally in vain. Cleaned the camera lens, still northing works. And more frustratingly, my city Monrovia in Liberia West Africa, does not have an apple service centre nearby. Please advise. Feeling frustrated.
