Apple Music Charged Twice

I don't use Apple Music, I got it a while ago because I wanted to share music with my friend who uses it. But I use Spotify. Ive been meaning to cancel my Apple Music because I didn't use it at all but it was still charging me. Before I canceled it, It charged me $10 twice within a day or so of each other. I didn't report it because I didn't feel like going through the dreadful process. After that I canceled it so it wouldn't happen again, but this morning I woke up to Apple Music having charged me once again. Is there any way to get a refund?
