What is the problem, the App Store updates page has a 30 day list displaying anything you have installed via the App Store in the past 30 days. For a more comprehensive list, click on the Apple, top left of your screen, select About This Mac, now click on System Report, scroll down to Software, click on Installations, now click on Install Date twice so the list is now displayed as most recent first.

Have you just upgraded to Mojave, then possibly all your apps are up to date, and that is why nothing is showing.

If you are referring to the Purchased section of the App Store that was in prior versions, login to your App Store account and you should see something like this.

If you have Updates pending, and recent installs then you should see this.
