Can I change my IPhone battery in Perth even if I bought in Korea?

I’m using IPhone 7 Plus which was bought Dec, 2016 in Korea. And my battery’s Maximum Capacity is 79% now. The model name is A1784.

I want to ask u these:

Can I change my IPhone battery in Perth even if I bought it in Korea?
How can I book the Genius bar in Perth City?
How long it will take?
Can I get it back before 5, Jan, 2019?
Should I take my Guardians there?

First of all you can replace your battery in every Apple Store or Apple authorized service around the world. Apple gives every product a 1 year limited warranty which is global, however you maybe still eligible for a free repair in Korea and only there depending one consumer laws there. Since you are outside Korea you will have to pay for the replacement because Apple 1 year limited warranty expired. As for the duration of repair only they can tell you. To answer you last question you should not need your guardians and cost should be 30$. However in 2019 the price will be restored again to 70$ : https://support.apple.com/iphone/repair/battery-power
