Use the volume automation curve for each track.

  • To show the Automation curves, go to the "Mix" menu, then enable "Show Automation".
  • In the Track Header enable the Automation curve for the track and switch it to "Volume".
  • Now you can add control points to the automation curve by holding down the command key ⌘ while clicking into the curve. Drag the control points up and down to adjust the volume along the track.
