I just installed the latest Itunes version. 12.9.14 on my windows 7 and 10 computer, but after installation I can't find my Iphone in windows Explorer. (as a kind of external hard disk) I can't backup my photos.

How to solve this?

The phone should show up in Windows Explorer if you unlock it before connecting to USB, and respond positively to any request to trust the computer. It may help to replace the device driver as shown in iOS device not showing in iTunes for Windows - Apple Community.

Hey there, Frans!

Thanks for stopping by the Apple Support Communities. From your post, I understand that you're wanting to import pictures from your iPhone to your Windows computers. I'm happy to help!

There are a couple of options to import your pictures to your computer. You can use the Windows Photo app, as detailed in Transfer photos and videos from your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support, and you can use iCloud Photos: Set up and use iCloud Photos on your Windows PC - Apple Support.

Have a great day!
