Spots on the pictures
I have these 2 weird spots on my pictures ( on my xs which i have been using only for 9 days) i was wondering if apple will replace the camera or they’ll give new phone

You have the 14 days return policy (from new) anyway if you are not satisfied, regardless of what Apple agree to do about the camera issue.
Because of that I would guess if you take examples of the issue, pictures showing the spots, they will do the honourable thing and offer a replacement.
You do need to check that the outside of the camera face is clean first though, then try and see if any specks of dust appear under the surface glass (view under a strong light), but usually what you are showing happens when dust particles are on the sensor itself.
When dust gets on the sensor the usual tell tail is no matter what picture you take or print the “spots” always appear in the same position.
I suggest you need to give Apple a call ASAP so you can raise the issue prior to the expiry of the 14 day period.
