App no longer available on app store

I have an old music player app that has been working for a long time without Requesting an update, but recently the icon for the update appeared next to it and when I click to update it says that “the app is no longer available” and I can either keep or delete it.

Is there a way I can use the app again?

or at least to just take the songs names :’(

I have been using the app for more than 3 years so the songs piled up and if I delete it I won’t be able to remember the names of most of them. Please help ;-;

Sorry, but there’s nothing you can do if the developer did not update and maintain their app for changes in iOS. Individual developers can withdraw an app and support for their products at any time they wish. You can try contacting the developer for help, but otherwise, there is nothing you can do.

There could be three reasons about that app's unavailability:

Manufaturer's developers team decided not to convert that app to 64bit architecture;

Manufacturer has gone out of business;

That app doesn't meet Apple requirements any longer.

The only way to know if you can retrieve old data is to contact the manufacturer's support team.
